Business with a Capital "B"

Sent this in an email today: "'Big Business' is the guiding of large ships through blinding storms. You have a compass, a rudder, and a hope that you're going in the right direction, but you're really at the mercy of wind and waves."

Didn't add that having either Columbus or Bligh for a captain might also make a difference.

To note, also: Sure, Big Business is hard to steer ... just like Government, like Mass Entertainment, like Space Travel, etc, etc, etc.

Another note: Is Google "Big Business" yet? If not, I wonder if I'll know when it happens.

I think I'll post a lookout. They should, under my instruction, yell "Thar!" instead of "Holy Crap!"

That's all well and fine, but what about Firefox support for Desktop Search? Too busy galavanting around Asia, are we?

    howdy!

Rolled over laffing when I read the "under my instructions, should yell "Thar" instead of "Holy crap". Haha. I did my phd in the US (florida) and just returned back to homeland (India) and working here. And yes, 6 yrs in the US has left a mark on me. And people give me extreme dirty looks when I yell "Hooooly crap !!" :)))))
